Go For At least Walk For 30 Minute

In Ayurveda, walking is considered as “tri-doshic exercise”. In simple words, walking meticulously balances all the 3 doshas without putting additional strains in the body. You don’t have to hit the gym for hours, to be fit. Half an hour of walk in the mornings can do wonders to your health.

Starting Your Day With Detoxification

Indulging In Different Types Of Massages

Massaging your body with warm, pure oils promotes detoxification and moisturizes skin—especially in the drier fall and winter months. It also stimulates circulation and quiets the nervous system. Treat yourself to a 10-minute oil massage, which should be traditionally performed in the morning.

Finishing Your Meals 

Make it a point to finish your day’s meal as the sun sets down. And be careful to have light portions of dinner that are easily digestible. 

Time To Unwind – Infuse Aroma Before You Sleep

People who are having trouble while sleeping should practice this. Lit a stick of incense or a sandalwood and vanilla candle. Or add a few drops of these aromas, in the form of essential oils, to a warm bath.When we consistently associate these aromas with a particular state of being, such as relaxation. 

Your Sleeping Time

As a good bedtime practice, calm your system by massaging the soles of your feet with therapeutic oil as prescribed by your Ayurvedic physician.
