7 Best Things Fit Women Will Always Follow - Fitness Women

Women now want Michelle Obama’s arms, Malaika Arora’s abs and Priyanka Chopra’s legs. Fit women is an image which is about a strong body and positive image which is cool. Over the past years, women have been embracing the message that “strong is the new skinny”;the body of muscle is much better than a body of bones.

Gyms and Fitness centers have entire marketing campaigns built around the motto, with ads featuring rock-solid women pumping iron and classes promoted as muscle-building rather than weight-losing.

How To Change Your Fitness Mindset

Fit Women

Spin classes in the water. Yoga with weights. Heated barre studios. It’s easy for women – who make up the majority of fitness class participants – to get swept up in the latest exercise trends.

Once you begin to train with your focus on getting stronger and not stressing over the way you look, your training becomes more productive and efficient. Fit women will always place that energy on learning how to move and perform better and in the process break mental barriers.

Turns out, some of the fittest women have a whole lot in common. FitaCon has compiled their fitness tricks, and methods for you to follow:

1.Fit Women Exercise Daily, With Mix Of Everything

Majority of the women with fitness goals will be working out daily trying everything. Between resistance training, running, and yoga or dance cardio. No two days are ever the same. Hence; this avoids the boredom of working out the same thing, breaking the routine you get to try your hand with practically everything giving your body some new challenges every single day.

2.Fitness Freak Women Are Thoughtful About Their Meals

If you ask just about any fit woman, she’ll tell you the key to her success is preparation. They keep her go-to snacks apple slices, dry fruits, and some protein on hand. With the healthy mix of proteins, vitamins and carbs – they balances their meals ensuring that their bodies are properly nourished.

3.Women With Fitness Goals Are Seen Trying One New Workout

Women into fitness will make it a point to try at least one totally new workout each week. It’s great for your muscles to adapt to something new, and they love the mental challenge of pushing myself to try something different.

4.They Eat A Lot Of Protein

Protein also help you fend off food cravings. It works for , who works out just about every day and drinks milk at night when her strongest food cravings tend to hit.

5.They Drink Alcohol Moderately Or Not At All

Digging into lighter cocktails like tequila soda with a lime on weekends.

Then of course there are some women who don’t touch the stuff at all.  Alcohol won’t boost your performance (unless, of course, you’re talking about karaoke hahahahaha).

6.Fit Women Will Prefer To Eat In The A.M.

Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, helping you burn calories throughout the day.

It’s hard to know, though, if breakfast causes these healthy habits or if people who eat it have healthier lifestyles. But this much is clear: Skipping the morning meal can throw off your body’s rhythm of fasting and eating.

Many people skip the a.m. meal because they’re rushing to get out the door. That’s a mistake. You need food in your system long before lunchtime. If you don’t eat first thing, you may get so hungry later on that you snack on high-fat, high-sugar foods.

7. Positive Self-talk and Care

“I am enough.” “I’m doing the best I can.” “It’s not about perfection.” Whatever you claim as a mantra, say it to yourself daily. If we’re conscious about the way we think about ourselves and ultimately the way we treat ourselves, it has huge consequences that are very positive.

Some of them are quite tangible, with research showing how self-talk training can improve athletic performance.

Wrapping Up

So, there’s a choice here: Get your mind right and work on things like patience, consistency, and resiliency, or play the victim card: “It’s not fair!” Your mindset sets the tone for your perception of the process. When your mindset is on point, the urgency and helplessness fall away, and that’s when real, sustainable change occurs.
